Life Stance Health is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Hybrid to join our clinical team in Moore, OK.

• Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare to patients ranging from children to adults.
• Provide outpatient care within a group practice setting.
• Participate in a hybrid work model: two days in office (Monday and Friday) and three days via telehealth.

• Fully licensed PMHNP (B/C) in Oklahoma.
• Experience working with a broad patient population, from child to adult.
