• Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data for all treatment plans and behavior programs, and provide this data to the BCBA for analysis.
• Serve in a direct‑care role, consulting the BCBA regularly for additional support, training, and supervision.
• Adjust interventions and/or methods as instructed by the supervising BCBA when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention and plan for each client on your caseload and those on the assigned team.
• Maintain RBT credentials by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually per BACB guidelines.
• Accurately track RBT supervision hours to maintain internal and external compliance.
• Submit the annual renewal of the RBT Competency Assessment and Annual Renewal form to the BACB, and continue adherence to the BACB Ethical Standards for RBT.

Behavior Technician Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  High School Diploma or national equivalent considered based on experience.
• Willingness to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background screening process.
