-  - Responsibilities:
Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Administers procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices;
Assesses patient progress and communicates with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in the clinical record;
Documents all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records;
Participates in required meetings and trainings
