Lead a team of experienced nurse leaders in the clinical operations of the facility
Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Provide training and support to nursing staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies
Active Registered Nursing License with 2-5 years of nursing leadership experience
Knowledge of long-term care and the regulations associated with the healthcare industry
Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and identify clinical solutions
Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Ability to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics required
Ability to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position
Ability to observe, listen, and communicate effectively
Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies
Ability to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility
