** Your Health and Wellness is in need of great Patient Experience Professional(Receptionist) to join our team! Your Health and Wellness is looking for dynamic, flexible, and experienced individuals to assist us in providing the best pediatric care. Customer Service is our number one priority! We are currently hiring for a full-time PEP Receptionist who is willing to provide compassion to patients and develop the communities we live and operate in.
Spanish speaking is a PLUS, being a good human is a MUST!!
Minimum two (2) years of medical office experience is Preferred.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmReceptionist Job Type: Full-time Receptionist Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour (Extending hour payrate differential)

Receptionist
Job Summary:
Answering incoming phone calls and routing to appropriate locations. Scheduling appointments. Registering patients into the computer system. Running patient insurance benefits and eligibility. Confirming appointments. Creating a positive experience through our core values with internal and external customers.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Obtain demographics, financial information, and enter into the computer system.
Register patients over the phone and schedule appointments.
Collect and make copies of all insurance cards and driver's licenses.
Answer telephone, take messages and return voicemails.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Perform clerical tasks as required.
Accurately process financial transactions.
Support a team-based environment by remaining flexible with scheduling and location assignments, including floating to other clinics when needed to maintain quality patient care Healthcare setting:
Clinic Outpatient Urgent care center
Medical specialties:
Pediatrics Primary Care Urgent Care Spanish (Preferred)
Receptionist
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (Spanish) PLUS!
Minimum of 2 year experience registering and scheduling patients is preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Basic computer skills. Types 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Flexibility to work other locations and schedules when needed.
