CREOKS Health Services seeks a licensed or eligible clinician to provide intake, screening and psychotherapy to children in school settings. You will lead group, individual and family counseling, participate in community education, and represent CREOKS professionally within schools and the community.
You will maintain compliance with ODMHSAS, OHCA and CREOKS policies, participate in treatment teams, and handle direct care billing and documentation daily. A sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.
