We are actively looking to hire a talented PMHNP Hybrid for our practice in Moore, OK. The role requires working 2 days in office (Monday and Friday) and 3 days telehealth.

• Compensation range: $163,000 to $190,378+ (50% above market)
• Compensation model based on productivity with an annual incentive plan bonus of $8,000; total package with bonus up to $200,378.
