We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of patients with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in a patient-centered clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
- Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Collaborate closely with other therapy disciplines and medical professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and quality initiatives.
- Master’s Degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active State SLP License (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFs welcome to apply).
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive salary - $35.00 to $60.00/hour depending on experience.
