Job Description

Location: Muskogee, OK (with additional opportunity in Tulsa, OK)
Job Type: Permanent | 40 Hours/Week
-
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer and progress therapeutic interventions based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Manage daily caseload and prioritize patient assignments
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Oklahoma PT license or eligibility
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Open to new graduates
- $15K Sign-On Bonus + $10K Relocation Assistance
