Position: Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - OK-LA Territory (AL, KS, LA, OK)

Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional role covering OK–LA geography (AL, KS, LA, OK). Candidate must reside in the territory.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
  • Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources for implementation and ongoing support
  • Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge to consistently execute end-to-end treatment journey
  • Serve as product operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics
  • Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support
  • Use company data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven provider organization experience implementing workflows for complex therapies
  • Ability to work in “white space” with evolving, unclear processes and dependencies
  • Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps)
  • Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills across cultures/disciplines
  • Leadership and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
  • Travel ~50%
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred
  • Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (cell, gene, radioligand therapies)
  • Experience with complex oncology workflows
  • Experience with large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder enterprise navigation
