Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Up to $59.68/hr | $15K Sign-On

Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma
Pay: $39 – $59 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing healthcare team in Muskogee, OK. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic care to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function.

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments
• Progress and adjust therapy programs as patient goals are met
• Set measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality patient care

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist License (Oklahoma) or eligibility to obtain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate patients and create effective treatment plans
• New graduates welcome (0–6 months experience accepted)
