The Hyatt Shared Service Center provides accounting and customer support for over 200 Hyatt Hotels in North America and Latin America. The purpose of this role is to oversee the Hyatt’s Shared Service Center Accounts Payable team’s day to day operations while seeking continuous improvement initiatives and reviewing strategic alignment for the AP team with the Shared Service Center Goals.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate would be local to the Moore, OK metro area.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for the centralized accounts payable function for over 200 business units processing >120,000 transactions per month.
  • Acts as the point of escalation for hotels to resolve issues with AP team, applications support, vendors.
  • Manages communication to the HSSC customer base (BPO, Hotel Operations, and Hotel Accounting) to continually drive change and user adoption of tools and processes associated with the shared services model.
  • Oversee the processing of 1099’s for the company to ensure timely distribution.
  • Oversee the AP efforts for new hotel implementation, hotel ownership changes, hotel exits, banking charges and new processes.
  • Manages onsite and remote employees in a shared service environment.
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected.

Qualifications Experience
  • 3+ years’ Experience in a shared services/centralized services environment
  • Oracle experience required
  • Procurement experience a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • AP Certification a plus
Computer Skills Needed To Perform This Job
  • Proficient with Oracle Financials and relevant enabling technologies
  • Microsoft Office Suite
