We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor at Win Star World Hotel to lead our front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and daily hotel operations.

Compensation
: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, Full-Time.

• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering 5‑star service from check‑in to check‑out.
• Lead and inspire the front desk team, motivating staff and ensuring optimal placement and performance.
• Achieve financial success by monitoring room reservations, managing departmental budgets, and preparing financial reports to meet revenue goals.
• Train, develop, and empower team members through continuous coaching and feedback.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including staffing adjustments, sales support, guest complaint resolution, and adherence to safety standards.
• Promote Win Star’s culture and values, maintaining high standards that positively impact both guests and the team.

• Previous hospitality experience with front office operations, customer service, and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid financial and operational acumen with familiarity of hotel systems.
• Team player who inspires and fosters a positive work environment.

• Ability to move swiftly and safely in a dynamic environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and high‑energy settings.
