They are looking for an HR Director who can lead the charge in creating a new HR department, bringing expertise in compliance, payroll, and employee relations to the table.

- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and industry-specific regulations
- Oversee benefits and payroll to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction
- Foster strong employee relations between field and office staff
- Develop and enforce practical and effective company policies
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on Oil & Gas or industrial services
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and federal regulations in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico
- Proven leadership skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Experience in creating HR departments from scratch
- Strong communication skills across various organizational levels
- Experience with safety compliance and culture development
