Senior Workday HCM

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical expert for Workday HCM, including all HCM modules, functionality, integrations, security, and reports.
• Serves on the Platform Team, working with the Workday Operations Director and other team members as a cohesive team.
• Participates in local Workday user groups, stays abreast of best practices, Workday trends, and maintains certifications applicable to the role.

  Effective understanding of HR operations and payroll, experience in employee data management.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with PC Windows-based software; knowledge of computer programming, logic, systems analytic and mathematical skills; proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (Report Writer and Calculated Fields); experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and use of ETL tools; ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data-related inquiries; strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning;
  
  experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, WS standards); strong technical experience with XML and Java; knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, Report Writer, iLoad); understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and impacts to downstream systems.
