Del Real Foods is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based in Moore, OK to help connect business priorities with employee and management needs. In this onsite role, you will strengthen workplace performance through HR guidance, employee relations support, and leadership in programs that support safety, compliance, and development.

As an HRBP, you will build strong relationships across the organization, apply HR expertise to day-to-day people management, and support strategic HR initiatives by using trends and metrics to develop practical solutions. You will also help ensure alignment with safety and quality expectations while supporting benefits administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow and enforce employee safety procedures; report any unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor or manager
  • Follow, monitor, and enforce all food safety procedures
  • Follow and enforce SQF requirements including Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMP’s, and ETC
  • Follow and enforce USDA and FDA guidelines and regulations
  • Follow company policies, regulations, and lunch and break policies
  • Maintain business literacy related to the business unit’s financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition
  • Demonstrate and promote the company mission, vision, values, and standards of behavior
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day employee management to reduce legal risk and support compliance; partner with the CHRO and HR Manager on relevant matters
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
  • Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and support productivity and retention initiatives
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Identify training needs for business units and support executive coaching needs
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs; follow up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Lead daily administration of benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, leaves administration, disability programs, voluntary or supplemental benefits, and wellness programs
  • Answer employee questions related to benefits, research and resolve benefits issues, and partner with appropriate management and third-party vendors for escalations
  • Oversee reconciliation of regular premium invoices, claims, and costs with accounting and third-party vendors
  • Coordinate benefit education meetings including NEO, 401(K), Open Enrollment, and wellness
  • Monitor eligibility, limitations, and restrictions for plan participants and ensure compliance with plan provisions and government requirements
  • Measure the success of benefit plans and ensure COBRA compliance administration
  • Act as a champion for safety and quality efforts with department leads, ensuring appropriate training activities are completed and motivating others to stay active in these areas
Requirements
  • High School / G.E.D
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (food industry is a plus)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle information with integrity
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels of the company
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State employment labor laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel and Power Point , plus database programs
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • Business acumen, communication, and consultation skills, with ethical practice and cultural awareness
  • HR expertise and relationship management capabilities
Compensation & Location
  • Location: Moore, OK (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 62,904 to 70,000 per year
