The purpose of this role is to assist the human resources department in upholding HSSC policies and procedures. The role includes many tasks including but not limited to recruiting, data-entry and engaging withall HSSC department colleagues. This position works onsite at the shared service center in Moore, OK.
Essential Functions:
- Knowledgeable of human resources information and policies
- Ensure that actions and behaviors enhance and protect Hyatt’s culture
- Maintain the integrity of all associate files in accordance with the established policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain accurate colleague records in the HRIS
- Update colleague records
- Enter new hire information
- Enter termination information
- Run reports in HRIS as necessary
- Assist with recruiting
- Review resumes
- Conduct interviews (phone and in-person)
- Complete reference checks
- Maintain integrity of the applicant tracking system
- Attend job fairs and or in-house Hiring Events
- Receive and handle incoming calls and emails/faxes
- Maintain HR shared email box
- Assist in organizing colleague events/meetings
- Assist/conduct New Hire Orientation when necessary
- Create and distribute colleague communications
- Ensure colleague HR Portal is up-to-date
- Assist colleague with questions as needed
- Assisting leadership by preparing and submitting expense reports by established deadlines
- Entering expense details into the company’s expense-management or accounting system
- Collecting receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation from executives or team members
- Reviewing expenses for accuracy, completeness, business purpose, and policy compliance
- Categorizing expenses correctly, such as travel, meals, lodging, mileage, or client entertainment
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Maintain a work environment that is comfortable, user-friendly, and organized

QualificationsRequirements
- 1-3 years Human Resources or Shared Services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and employee engaging skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
