Overview
As a Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution for Moore’s Media, Digital, and Creative Tech solutions, directly supporting the Vice President of Product Management, Media, Digital, & Creative. As part of the Innovation & Development team, this role will drive innovation and operational excellence across media, digital and creative technology.

This is a Hybrid Position located in any of our hubs (Westminster CO, Lanham MD or Peabody MA).
Your Impact Media & Digital Leadership- Partner with Moore agencies and cross-functional teams to identify client needs and deliver data-driven product solutions for media and digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, Email, etc.)
- Develop and enhance products such as growth planning tools, attribution models, analytics, and benchmarking for media and digital fundraising effectiveness.
- Lead roadmap planning and execution for media and digital product lines, ensuring alignment with CXM platform and client objectives.
- Take ownership of Creative Tech product development, including AI-driven solutions (e.g., MUSE, Copy That), automation, and creative optimization platforms.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) project, ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and value delivery across media, digital, and creative teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and creative teams to deliver innovative tech solutions for fundraising and supporter engagement.
- Define and communicate the vision for media, digital, creative tech, and DAM products to stakeholders.
- Document requirements, track delivery, and ensure timely launch of new capabilities.
- Coordinate with GTM, finance, marketing, communications, training, and other teams to package and launch products.
- Implement and mature product management best practices and tools.
- Respond to in-market client needs and feedback for ongoing product enhancement.
- 10+ years of product management experience in media, digital, or creative technology at a fast-growing, data-driven B2B organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising, media, and digital channels preferred.
- Strong quantitative analysis and communication skills.
