Job Overview
System Production Engineer – global support team, tier‑3 level support, focusing on solution design, build and support operations based on ITIL practices and ISO processes for customers. Hybrid role with on‑call support on a rotational basis. Located in Tulsa, OK; may require global travel.
Key Responsibilities- Own the building and configuration of server systems from the ground up.
- Pre‑installation software and hardware staging and configuration.
- Support the implementation of technical project builds, QA, and rollout.
- Engage in beta testing for new or modified code, providing feedback.
- Provide high‑level factory support to global deployment teams, first‑level site administrators, and second‑level factory support personnel.
- Develop technical documentation such as bulletins, white papers, diagrams, and installation guides.
- Engage in ISO processes, technical writing, and adopt troubleshooting methodologies.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot backup, antivirus, data replication, and server operating systems.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and effective patch management.
- Support learning, information distribution, and provide professional guidance to Global Support teams.
- Provide scheduled and rotational third‑level after‑hours support of production customer systems.
- Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (unless restricted by local laws).
- Experience with Airport IT systems.
- Hands‑on experience with TCP/IP protocol suite and imaging software.
- Experience with scripting tools including Win
32, SQL, and Power Shell. - Experience with server operating systems:
Windows (2012‑2025) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux . - Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, SQL Express, Elasticsearch, Mongo, and Redis.
- Hands‑on experience with security software (Crowd Strike), backup technologies, and data replication solutions.
- Preferred: prior experience working in different regions; ability to travel globally.
