Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) Architect to support a federal civilian client based in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a hands‑on, onsite role (5 days/week) requiring a U.S. Citizen with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) across large‑scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience architecting and delivering secure, scalable IAM solutions, particularly within government or highly regulated environments. This individual will play a critical role in designing end‑to‑end identity governance frameworks aligned to Federal ICAM standards and modern security best practices.
- Design and architect the end‑to‑end SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) environment, including:- High Availability (HA) architectures
- Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
- Define and implement a scalable Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) strategy, transitioning the organization from:
- Manual entitlement management
- To a structured, automated “birthright” access model
- Lead integration efforts between SailPoint and enterprise security tools, ensuring:
- Seamless interoperability
- Compliance with federal security frameworks
- Partner with Agency Leads and stakeholders to:
- Translate business and mission requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure alignment with Federal ICAM standards
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance across:
- IAM strategy
- Identity lifecycle governance
- Access certification and policy enforcement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity and 8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience in Federal government environments or private industry, OR 12 years of IAM experience
- Proven expertise in:
- Designing multi‑tier architectures for large‑scale enterprise environments
- Implementing IAM solutions within complex government ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of:
- NIST 800‑63 (Digital Identity Guidelines)
- Federal identity and access management frameworks
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust security clearance (or higher)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- SailPoint Certified Architect (Identity
IQ), a plus. - Experience designing IAM solutions aligned with Federal ICAM frameworks, a plus.
- Background supporting federal civilian agencies or regulated industries, a plus.
