State of Oklahoma is seeking an on-site Monitoring Support role to oversee dashboard and incident response. You will work with the Service Desk and other Infrastructure teams to resolve issues, create and close incidents, and maintain monitoring documentation.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 3:30 PM–12:30 AM shifts Tuesday–Saturday, and includes after-hours on-call support. Salary up to $55,000, with applicable benefits.
