They will optimize small business renewals through managing the small business renewal process and nurturing client relationships.

This position must meet sales, service, and quality standards adopted by the agency.# MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)1. Service Commercial Lines Book of Business
* Endorsements* Billing/payments (invoice transactions, record payments, prepare finance agreements)
* Claims* Create new/renewal business submissions
* Loss runs (create letters, order loss runs / obtain/order experience modifiers)
* Gather & help complete supplemental applications & supporting documentation
* Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, auto  and binders
* Check and mail out policies
* Create proposals for agent- if needed
* Cancellation tracking and processing (pending and cancelled)
* Audit tracking
* Bond

3. Quote account rounds for existing CL business
4. Keep up with carrier updates and underwriting information
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* College degree preferred
* Industry knowledge preferred
* Obtain and maintain applicable licensing
* Insurance designation preferred
* Proficient in PC operating systems
- Applied Epic
* Proficient Microsoft office
* Knowledge of and experience with Carrier websites
* Knowledge of and experience with Comparative rater websites
