Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of direct insurance CSR experience in personal lines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage a book of business with professionalism and efficiency.

• Manage customer accounts, including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims support.
• Provide professional and prompt service to existing and prospective clients.
• Assist producers with policy servicing and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with carrier and agency guidelines.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and growth.

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance customer service experience (required).
• Active Property & Casualty license (preferred).
• Experience with an independent agency is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers, coverages, and rating systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Moore, Oklahoma.
