Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description

Cobble Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Moore, Oklahoma. This is a service-focused position for someone who already understands personal lines insurance and can confidently manage customer needs with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive insurance professional who enjoys helping customers and taking ownership of service requests from start to finish. As our agency continues to grow, this position will play an important role in maintaining excellent service for our existing customers while allowing other team members to focus more heavily on new business, cross-selling, and client winback opportunities.

Service existing Personal Lines customers, primarily auto and homeowners accounts

Process policy changes, endorsements, additions and removals of vehicles and drivers

Handle billing questions, mortgagee changes, , evidence of insurance, and policy document requests

Assist customers with renewal questions, coverage questions, cancellations, and reinstatement issues

Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting and service needs

Clearly explain premium and coverage changes to customers

Document customer interactions and policy activity accurately

Follow service requests through completion rather than simply passing work to another team member

Identify potential coverage gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and retention concerns

Help retain customers by looking for solutions when they are considering leaving

Assist with claims questions and direct customers appropriately

Work closely with the Personal Lines team to keep service work organized and completed promptly

5+ years of Personal Lines insurance agency experience preferred

Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty insurance license preferred

Independent insurance agency experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of personal auto, homeowners, dwelling fire, umbrella, and related Personal Lines products

Comfortable working with multiple insurance carriers

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult or frustrated customer conversations professionally

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Able to prioritize and manage a steady service workload

Comfortable working independently without constant supervision

Team-oriented, dependable, and coachable

EZLynx experience is a strong plus

Agency Zoom or similar CRM experience is a plus
