Scope of Work:
The Project Executive is a dynamic and innovative construction leader with a strong background in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management, and technical expertise in construction management.
- Project Management:
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closing. - Electrical Systems Oversight:
Ensure the integration and implementation of electrical systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Budget and Cost Control:
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. - Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. - Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. - Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. - Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. - Compliance:
Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on electrical systems, data center, or mission critical work. Managing jobs greater than $50 million. - Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly desirable. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and electrical design tools. - Leadership
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. - Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
