Program Manager (PM) – Identity and Access Management (IAM)
This role leads and manages a large‑scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) program for a CDW customer. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between CDW and government stakeholders, ensuring contract performance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the IAM program, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and/or Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Program Manager to address issues, risks, and contract‑related matters.
- Lead IAM initiatives, providing direction and oversight for program scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
- Ensure all program deliverables, reports, and contract‑required documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support contract requirements, including recruiting, onboarding, and filling vacancies within specified time frames.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings related to contract performance, status reviews, and customer engagements as required by the CO.
- Apply strong organizational, management, and problem‑solving skills to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure program success.
- Manage projects of significant scope and complexity consistent with the magnitude of the contract.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience OR 9 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects of similar size and scope.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, contract‑driven environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience leading or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs (plus).
- Experience supporting ISC (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) or SailPoint Identity Now programs (plus).
- Prior experience working with government customers and contract‑based environments (plus).
