Program Manager (PM) – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

This role leads and manages a large‑scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) program for a CDW customer. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between CDW and government stakeholders, ensuring contract performance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and oversee the IAM program, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and/or Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Program Manager to address issues, risks, and contract‑related matters.
• Lead IAM initiatives, providing direction and oversight for program scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
• Ensure all program deliverables, reports, and contract‑required documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support contract requirements, including recruiting, onboarding, and filling vacancies within specified time frames.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings related to contract performance, status reviews, and customer engagements as required by the CO.
• Apply strong organizational, management, and problem‑solving skills to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure program success.
• Manage projects of significant scope and complexity consistent with the magnitude of the contract.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience OR 9 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects of similar size and scope.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, contract‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs (plus).
• Experience supporting ISC (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) or SailPoint Identity Now programs (plus).
• Prior experience working with government customers and contract‑based environments (plus).
