Are you ready to lead a team that brings a unique, "retro-future" dining experience to life? We are looking for a dynamic District Manager to oversee operations for our branded drive-in locations.
Unlike traditional sit-down restaurants, our model relies on high-speed delivery, outdoor hospitality, and a unique service flow. We need a leader who can balance the complexity of multi-unit management with the fun and energy our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Ensure every "stall" and "drive-thru" experience meets brand speed and accuracy benchmarks.
- Quality Control: Audit food preparation and service standards to ensure consistency across the district.
- Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales growth while managing prime costs (Labor and COGS). Accountable for the P&L health of your entire patch.
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and train General Managers. Focus on building a culture of accountability, high energy, and "service with a smile."
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health department regulations, safety protocols, and internal auditing standards.
- Marketing Execution: Coordinate with local store marketing efforts to drive community engagement and promotional success.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR or fast-casual industry (drive-in or high-volume drive-thru experience is a major plus).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a P&L and immediately identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel between locations daily to provide "on-the-floor" coaching.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern POS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
- Competitive Salary: $80k-$85k base annual pay.
- Incentive Program: Quarterly/Annual bonus structure based on district performance.
- Vehicle Allowance: Support for travel expenses between store locations.
