Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is hiring a Project Manager/Principal Project Manager (Program Integrator) for an individual contributor role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, act as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams, and work closely with the Program Manager on program reporting and executive‑level presentations.
Responsibilities- Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day‑to‑day execution.
- Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage program risks and opportunities per the Risk and Opportunities Management Plan (ROMP).
- Develop, implement, and maintain tools and templates for monitoring project progress.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for NGC internal and customer meetings.
- Support and generate proposal documentation as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience
* or* a Master’s degree. - Experience in Project Management, Price/Cost Analysis, Scheduling, Contracts, Supplier Management, Proposals, Program Management, or Program Integration/Execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Active DoD Secret or higher clearance and ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience
* or* a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience. - Experience in Project Management, Price/Cost Analysis, Scheduling, Contracts, Supplier Management, Proposals, Program Management, or Program Integration/Execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Active DoD Secret or higher clearance and ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF).
- Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and leadership.
- 7+ years’ experience in Project Management or Program Integration/Execution.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with formal Risk Management tools and processes.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
- CAM certification or related experience, PMP certification.
- Aerospace and/or Defense industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to senior leadership.
Primary Level: $62,100 – $93,100
Secondary Level: $77,000 – $115,600
