We're looking for an experienced and analytical leader to join our team as the Director of Operational Assurance. This unique role works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to evaluate operations, improve business processes, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to strengthen our organization.

As the Director of Operational Assurance, you'll partner with leaders across the company to evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements that support our long-term success.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the CEO on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Evaluate operational readiness for new initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
• Review business processes and internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct operational reviews, process evaluations, and spot audits.
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and trends that could impact company performance.
• Verify compliance with company policies and established procedures.
• Conduct confidential operational investigations as assigned.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and provide objective recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Five or more years of experience in operations, finance, compliance, auditing, business analysis, or a related leadership role.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• The ability to build relationships and influence positive change across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
