Job Summary
The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, serving as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures to ensure their offices meet or exceed the established clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership.

$60,000 - $79,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.

- Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin and EBITDA targets, coordinate operations to run efficiently, report monthly key performance indicators, and provide root causes and action plans for under-performance.
- Build a high performing team: Select, train, and manage office staff, ensure training needs are met, and serve as a positive culture carrier for the assigned offices.
- Staff Performance and Support: Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (clinicians, coordinators, medical services coordinators), provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers.
- Clinician Performance and Support: Promote culture and clinician satisfaction, support onboarding and training of new hires, partner with intake for patient matching, serve as operations contact for clinical admin questions, and oversee escalated patient complaints.
- Clinician Issue-Resolution & Retention: Communicate weekly with Operational and Clinical Directors to flag dissatisfaction issues, mentor and engage high performers, and provide support around case consults, clinical documentation, and best practices.
- Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
Physical RequirementsEssential functions include sitting, standing, bending, talking, hearing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and vision requirements such as close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
