Detailed Description
The Bulk Plant Supervisor reports to the Bulk Plant Manager or Operations Management and supervises production personnel and maintenance activities. This role ensures daily production activities are completed safely and efficiently while providing leadership, coaching, and development to assigned employees. Responsibilities include overseeing cement blending and inventory distribution, maintaining accurate production and inventory records, coordinating procurement activities, supporting safety and environmental compliance, and collaborating with operations, engineering, dispatch, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
The supervisor also participates in audits, accident investigations, QHSE initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of relevant operations, production, or bulk plant experience
- Associate s Degree preferred
- Valid CDL
This position is primarily field-based and involves frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 100 pounds occasionally), climbing, bending, and repetitive hand movements. The role may require work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and other industrial hazards. Shift work exceeding 8 hours may be required. Travel up to 20% is expected to support job site audits and operational needs.
