Position Summary
Collaborate as part of a team to operate pharmaceutical compounding equipment and perform related tasks. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. Exhibit reliable attendance and a commitment to workplace responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain and complete accurate records, including timecards, batch records, and logbooks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate assigned equipment such as blenders, dryers, Glatt Granulators, weigh room scales, liquid vessels; clean production equipment and facilities; set up and disassemble production equipment; operate in-process devices (moisture analyzers, pH meters); use material handling devices (electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, hi-lifts); apply the metric system to process-related calculations.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & cGMP Compliance: Follow all applicable SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), maintain proper housekeeping standards, adhere to dress code policies.
- Safety Practices: Apply safe manufacturing practices, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, glasses, respirators, gloves, hearing protection.

Skills:
Escalate questionable issues appropriately, follow written and verbal instructions accurately, recognize when to stop processes due to anomalies, learn to identify out-of-specification materials. - Process Knowledge: Understand production and process flow, know proper staging and storage locations for supplies and equipment, learn key terminology related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Skills:
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, use appropriate communication techniques to support teamwork. - Personal Computer
Skills:
Perform PC-based tasks, including SAP transactions and BMS activities (e.g., Walk-In Dryers).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
- Language skills: able to read and interpret procedures.
- Math skills: ability to apply general math concepts.
- Basic mechanical understanding and experience using various hand tools.
- Proficiency in using handheld calculators.
- Technical school certification or 1–2 years of college coursework.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with personal computers and Windows-based applications.
Position Requirements
Learn and apply proper lifting techniques. Routinely lift 20–40 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Perform tasks that may require climbing, sitting, crouching, reaching, or standing for extended periods. Work Environment:
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, loud noise levels, temperature variations, heights up to 25 feet (e.g., tops of tanks and blenders).
