Bama's schedule requires team members to be present for daily meetings: 1st Shift (6:45), 2nd Shift (2:45), 3rd Shift (10:45).

Role OverviewAs a Production Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will operate cutting‑edge automated equipment to produce our hand‑held pies, biscuits, dough, hotcakes, and graham shells. You will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Operate automated manufacturing equipment to produce bakery products.
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments to maintain standards.
- Follow safety and food‑handler regulations.
- Attend daily schedule meetings and maintain production logs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid food handler's card from the Tulsa Health Department.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow instructions carefully.
