Maintenance Planner

• Salary for Maintenance Planner starting at $75K plus yearly increases.

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
• Plan maintenance corrective tasks to include parts procurement, parts drawings, and kitting.
• Estimate materials, labor and/or required contractors for the planned work orders.
• Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting.
• Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset.
• Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
• Knowledge of the paper industry is a definite asset.
