Position Summary
Responsible for the accurate assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and preparation of manufacturing components in a controlled cleanroom environment. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
Cleanroom Assembly Technician, Stilwell, OK
1st Shift - 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Role Responsibilities- Assemble VF housings accurately according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform functional and pressure testing of components using up to 200 psi of air pressure.
- Inspect components using a microscope to identify microscopic contamination and verify particle counts following testing.
- Use manual torque wrenches to accurately apply torque values up to 200 ft-lbs.
- Vacuum seal finished components, ensuring packaging meets cosmetic and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards.
- Complete assigned work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Accurately complete required production documentation and inspection records.
- Report equipment, quality, or process issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity, sufficient to assemble small precision components and operate specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom operations preferred.
- Ability to accurately assemble precision components and follow detailed work instructions.
- Experience using manual torque wrenches and precision measuring equipment preferred.
- Ability to use a microscope for detailed visual inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
