Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one to two DRTV clients, overseeing all campaign components including data feeds, digital support, call center reporting, media buying, and creative production.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, prepare client presentations, track action items, and ensure timely execution of all DRTV-related projects.
  • Manage program setup, including backend reporting and fulfillment, and develop performance reports from call centers, eCRM platforms, and client databases.
  • Oversee call center operations, including call monitoring, training development, calibration calls, and performance recommendations.
  • Deliver actionable insights through KPI reports, retention analysis, benchmark comparisons, and testing strategies to optimize campaign results.
  • Use Google Analytics and conversion data to improve donor engagement across webpages, emails, and landing pages.
  • Maintain budget oversight and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of project/account management experience, preferably in direct marketing or nonprofit fundraising.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Luminate Online, Every Action, Salsa), and data reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising best practices across direct mail, digital, telemarketing, and DRTV.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
