Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Enterprise Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives targeted at enterprise‑level clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies that drive revenue growth in large organizations.

• Design and implement enterprise‑focused marketing campaigns to promote our HRIS/ERP offerings to HR leaders, IT decision‑makers, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and client needs.
• Create targeted content, presentations, and messaging for C‑level and decision‑maker engagement.
• Develop competitive intelligence and market insights to inform marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS or IT.
• Prior experience in a fast‑paced or high‑growth organization.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Sales.
• Experience marketing to enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

150,000 net + 10% on all closed sales deal.
