Role OverviewAs the Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, responsible for creating engaging content and deepening our community connections. You’ll manage TGI Promo’s social channels, track trends, and optimize performance.
Primary Responsibilities- Content Creation & Coordination:
Plan and create compelling content (stories, videos, and feed posts) for Instagram, Facebook, and marketing emails. Use tools like Asana to manage the content calendar and coordinate with graphic designers. - Calendar Management:
Maintain and update the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring timely promotions of events, holidays, and campaigns based on sales reports and trends. - Creative Direction:
Provide guidance to graphic designers and manage their schedules to meet content deadlines. - Customer Content Management:
Source, organize, and manage customer content, including obtaining approvals and scheduling posts. - Social Media Management:
Oversee content scheduling, interactions, and engagement across all social media platforms. - Event Coordination:
Assist with off-site events such as conventions and markets, and support in‑house events and team‑building activities. - Marketing Materials:
Brainstorm and schedule marketing materials, manage the marketing closet inventory, and coordinate promo‑related packages and e‑commerce orders. - Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the Marketing Engagement Coordinator on video content and photoshoots, providing weekly and monthly reports on your activities.

- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Experience:
5+ years in social media management. Familiarity with Greek life is a plus! - Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and experience with audience research and engagement.
- Proficient in content management systems and social analytics.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Competency in Google Suite, Docs, Sheets/Excel, and Gmail.
- Familiarity with Business Manager and Ads Manager for optimizing paid social campaigns.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute campaigns while keeping long‑term goals in mind.
- Strong client management skills, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery of work.
- Knowledge of major social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Instagram. Understanding how social media fits into the digital landscape is a plus.
