At Interim Health Care of Oklahoma City, we've been doing this since 1999 and we're locally owned, which means decisions get made by people who are invested in this community, not a corporate office across the country.

We offer competitive per-visit pay with a salary option for those who prefer it:

• $40 per visit (full time)
• $100 Start of Care (SOC)
• $75 Resumption of Care (ROC)
• $60 Recertification
• Salary option available

• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios and a schedule you control
• Company car or mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile
• Health, dental, and life insurance coverage
• Paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to 4% company match
• Stay Pay, $100 added for every year of service

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home following discharge from a hospital, rehab, or nursing facility
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the physician
• Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides supporting your patients
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home safety
• Coordinate care goals and manage discharge from services

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• At least one year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation
