You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for consumers while supervising registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, consumer recovery specialists, and mental health technicians.key responsibilities direct day-to-day clinical operations and uphold nursing standards.manage staffing, scheduling, and performance for a multidisciplinary team.monitor quality-of-care metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership on treatment plans and policy.coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff through training and feedback.schedule
& compensation detail information shift days - 6:30 am - 7:00 pm- friday, saturday & sundayshift length 12-hours status flsa exempt, full-time salary starting at $85,000 + per year, commensurate with experience benefits robust state benefits package (health, retirement, paid leave, etc.)minimum qualifications active oklahoma rn license or rn license recognized by the enhanced nurse licensure compact and one of the education/experience tracks below:education required professional nursing experience

us: griffin memorial hospital (gmh) is located in norman, oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in oklahoma as the department of mental health and substance abuse services (odmhsas) treatment center for adults. Gmh provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.drug and alcohol pre-employment and pre-placement testing: upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.
Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.this agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week.
