Registered Nurse (RN) OR Circulator - PRN

Compensation
$25.74-$42.03/hr depending on prior experience.

• Assessment/reassessment:
  Systematically assess/reassess health care needs of individuals.
• Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes:
  Analyze assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes.
• Implementation and Coordination of Care:
  Provide nursing care through interventions guided by current standards.
• Evaluation and Discharge:
  Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and evidence‑based knowledge.
• Professional Practice:
  Maintain professional relationships with physicians to facilitate excellent patient care.
• Assists in maintenance of logs (patient/medication fridge, crash cart).

• Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

• Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation prior to patient care, and maintained through re‑training for duration of employment.

• IV insertion skills required.

• New grads required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
