Job Description
Children's Recovery Center is looking for compassionate nurses to help teenagers recover from mental health and substance addiction difficulties. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, registered nurses conduct physical assessments, implement residents' treatment plans, evaluate response to treatment, provide complete documentation, perform physical restraint assessments, administer medications as prescribed, provide health care education to residents and families, and supervise the daily duties of mental health techs and LPNs, ensuring that all residents are kept safe.
Duties are performed in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, as well as the facility's and ODMHSAS's mission, values, policies, and professional standards.
- Full‑time (12‑hour shifts)
- Day Shift (7:00 am – 7:00 pm) or Night Shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- Registered Nurse I Salary: $70,000 ($33.65 /hr)
- Registered Nurse II Salary: $72,500 ($34.86 /hr)
- Registered Nurse III Salary: $76,500 ($36.78 /hr)
- FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt - Contracts available: $50 – $55 /hr
- Registered Nurse I:
Associate in Nursing and valid permanent Oklahoma RN license approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). - Registered Nurse II:
Either Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid permanent Oklahoma RN license, OR Associate in Nursing with one year of professional nursing experience, OR Associate in Nursing with two years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing. - Registered Nurse III:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid permanent Oklahoma RN license and one year of professional nursing experience; OR Associate Degree in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience; OR Associate Degree in Nursing with three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing. - Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure.

Work Hours & LocationThis agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
