Shifts:

Full Time – Daily schedule TBD;
Call:
Call required with 1:6 ratio;
Case Types:
Orthopedic (general and total joints), General (wide variety), Gastro/Endoscopy, GYN, OB (25‑30/month, low volume at 21 births/month), Urology, and Podiatry;
Special Requirements:
Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, facility will train;
Supervision Model:
Autonomous;
Staffing Grid: 7 CRNAs on a CRNA‑only team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an independent‑minded, service‑oriented CRNA to join our CRNA‑only team in Enid, OK. You will work alongside a stable, tenured group of CRNAs in a collaborative, low‑stress environment, handling a broad case mix and practicing to the full scope of your license. This 1099 opportunity offers 8 weeks off, post‑call days off, and a light 1:6 call schedule for a manageable pace and strong work‑life balance.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma.
  • Minimum of 1‑3 years experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, orthopedic, gastro, endoscopy, and OB/GYN cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred.
