Position: W2 CRNA Needed in Tulsa, OK - 952

Job Title and Status

Full‑Time CRNA (1099)

Location

Tulsa, OK

Compensation

$300,000 base with potential up to $350,000+ annually. Additional pay for OB shifts, post‑call, and hours beyond 40/week.

Work Schedule

Full‑time. Daily schedule TBD. Call required – shared among 18 CRNAs, average 2‑4 calls per month; more available by request.

Case Types
  • General, Urology, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, Neonatal Surgery (no open‑heart cases; some cardiac procedures may be included).
Special Requirements
  • New grads welcome. CRNAs must perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines.
  • Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia.

18‑20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations daily. 25 full‑time/part‑time CRNAs, 4 general anesthesiologists daily, 4 cardiovascular anesthesiologists and senior CRNAs.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma.
  • 0‑1 years of experience as a CRNA; proficiency in general, ortho, OB/GYN, neonatal, vascular, and peds cases (new grads welcome).
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
