Acuren is currently recruiting for RT & NDT Assistants for call-out work to support our operation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Call-out work requires employees to depart from the Tulsa shop and travel to job sites on short notice. NDT/RT Assistants will assist in performing calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
We are currently seeking local candidates based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area (within approximately a 30-mile radius. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role. Call-out work requires employees to depart from the Tulsa shop and travel to job sites on short notice.
RT Assistants will assist in performing calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results.
Skills Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Technical background desired
- Must be able to have experience, credentials and history to be certified as Trustworthy & Reliable to comply with federal and state regulations, as determined by a thorough background check
- Motor Vehicle Driving record must meet company standards to drive company vehicles
- 40 Hou Radiation Safety Training (40
RAD) - Industrial Radiographer State Card preferred/Trainee status a plus
- IRRPS card
- Valid TWIC card or be able to obtain
- Based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area (within approximately a 30-mile radius)
