Kiowa Casino is seeking a Line Cook to prepare meals by reviewing recipes, assembling ingredients, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. You will execute food production in accordance with plating guidelines and attend to detail and presentation of each order.
Under the Sous Chef, you will assist with estimating food consumption, receiving provisions, ensuring health department compliance, and preparing meats, sauces, vegetables, soups, and other foods.
