Job Title: Vending Attendant / Café Support

Location: Quattro D’s Café — ODOT Facility, Oklahoma City, OK

Employment Type: Part-Time

Reports To: Café Manager / Owner

The Vending Attendant / Café Support team member plays a vital role in maintaining vending operations across designated buildings and supporting daily café service at the ODOT facility. This hybrid role ensures that both vending and café areas are stocked, clean, and running smoothly, contributing to a positive customer experience.

• Restock snacks, beverages, and supplies in vending machines at designated locations (e.g., Denver Davison and Supreme Court Buildings)
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or malfunctioning equipment
• Clean and maintain vending machines to ensure proper function and presentation

• Assist with food prep, portioning, and packaging according to recipe cards and costing sheets
• Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately
• Support dishwashing, cleaning, and general upkeep of café space
• Help with setup and breakdown of daily service, including signage and combo displays

• Track stock usage and assist with receiving deliveries
• Communicate supply needs or shortages to management

• Work closely with other staff to maintain smooth operations
• Follow safety, sanitation, and customer service standards

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in food service or vending is preferred but not required

• Monday, Wednesday, or Friday
• Uniform provided; training included
