Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following Company steel standard guidelines and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfill Member Fax, Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, communicate progress and determine improvements.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and related action plans.
• Act with integrity and promote standards of ethics, compliance, and a regenerative company culture.
• Serve customers and members, deliver results while putting the customer first, make decisions based on reliable information, and balance short‑ and long‑term priorities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
