Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International. Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs, build relationships with customers, stock store shelves, and maintain or change displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform fast-paced work: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Norman, OK (secondary locations: Moore, OK).
• Available five days a week, including weekends; able to start at 5 a.m.
