Zone Lead (Full-Time)

• The Zone Lead supports visual merchandising processes by planning, leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plans and executes daily and weekly workloads and tasks as delegated by the Zone Manager to achieve visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, and other business objectives.
• Supports the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety to ensure the store operates effectively and profitably.
• Acts as a role model and coach in visual merchandising, providing continuous learning opportunities and training for all team members.
• Performs all other duties assigned based on business needs.
• Open availability required – must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear background check result.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lifting 100 lbs., as well as moving merchandise around a warehouse‑format store routinely.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach as needed, and to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail in standards, processes, and marketing.
• Reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating ethical and honest behavior toward team members, customers, and the company.
• Creates a sense of urgency, promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately, and motivates self and the team to accomplish objectives.
